Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Shoes must not show signs of wear or damage

Note: For hygiene reasons, insoles cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
